Order Forms:
Please use our imprinted order forms provided with your dealer kit. Be sure to use a separate form for each card number ordered and each change of imprint copy. Please fill type or print clearly all copy. Phone, mail, e-mail or fax us your orders. You may fax us your orders 24 hours a day using our Toll Free Fax number: (800) 368-1329. Please DO NOT mail a confirming order as it may be duplicated.
We will do our best to process your orders as requested, however, after December 1, due to volume. our card selections are limited. We suggest you have two alternate card selections in mind... just in case your first selection is not available.
Please check your order carefully. We offer fast and efficient turn around time on all orders. Because your order is processed the same day it is received, we CAN NOT make changes NOR can we accept cancellations of orders once received.
Names will be imprinted in the typestyle, color of ink and positions shown on our sampled cards. Prices include one line of imprint on cards.
Envelopes for any card shown in our album may be ordered with the return address printed on two lines. The address, city, state and zip code will be imprinted in the same color ink as shown on the sample card ordered. The envelope sampled with the card in our album (envelope color and lining) is furnished only as shown. We are unable to provide substitutions.
We frequently process orders with customers provided artwork. There is an additional charge for the use of customer's own artwork or special composition. The artwork must be quality camera ready black and white copy. Please send the artwork along with the imprint order by first class mail.
On orders without a name imprint, write NO NAME on your order form.
We will provide a photocopy of your imprint for your approval prior to printing if requested. There is an additional charge for this service.
All cards shown in the Christmas in Dixie Greeting Card album are sold with 25 cards and envelopes, all of one design. Orders must be in multiples of 25.
If you need to check on the status of an order please call 800•633•5982 and provide your account number and the name the order will be printed for.
When you receive your order, please check the contents with a copy of your order. When we drop ship to your customer, the invoice will be mailed directly to you.
Invoices due on receipt. Open accounts available with credit information with terms of net 30 days.
All orders are shipped regular UPS unless noted on the order form. Other methods available are: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, Parcel Post or local pickup. All shipping costs are determined by weight, destination and delivery carrier. Drop ship orders will include a small service charge for each shipping destination, plus regular shipping charges.
